Kyle Gracey was the executive director of SustainUS: U.S. Youth for Justice & Sustainability. In that role, they co-founded YOUNGO, the youth movement at the United Nations Climate Change Negotiations, and served on its central coordinating team for four years.
Since then, they've held positions in the United States government and military, including serving then-Vice President Joe Biden, and for the largest network of climate organizations in the world, Climate Action Network-International, Their sustainability research has earned nearly 1,000 citations. Today, they are a Strategy Consultant for Future Matters, helping clients working to reduce catastrophic and existential risk, and serve on four nonprofit boards of directors.
