The United States has a unique way of communicating weather projections.  Kathryn Sullivan, Administrator for the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration, explains how NOAA is instrumental to weather communications across the country.  "NOAA’s responsibility is to gather the foundational observations.  No one can make a forecast without them," said Sullivan.
