Tim Koopmann
President, California Cattlemen’s Association
Tim Koopmann agrees that consumers want a natural product without hormones or antibiotics. Koopmann currently runs the same ranch that has been in his family since 1918. The Koopmann family ranch is known throughout the ranching and environmental communities for their efforts in rangeland conservation and generating public awareness about the good that ranchers do for Mother Nature. This rich experience informs him in his position as President of the California Cattlemen's Association.
Koopmann is a graduate of the University of Nevada, Reno, with a bachelor’s degree in Agriculture Education. He chairs CCA's Water and Environmental Quality Committee and has served on the board of directors for the California Rangeland Trust.
