Terry Gamble Boyer

Writer and Philanthropist

Terry Gamble Boyer is a writer and philanthropist. Along with her husband Peter Boyer, she cofounded the Caldera Foundation that concentrates on energy and the environment. She currently serves on the boards of Ploughshares Fund, Island Press and the advisory boards of Mesa Refuge and The Truman National Security Project, and previously served on the boards of The Magic Theater, Project Open Hand, The San Francisco School, and The Urban School of San Francisco. A Phi Beta Kappa graduate of University of Michigan, Terry is the author of three novels: The Water Dancers, Good Family, and the upcoming The Eulogist. She and Peter live in San Francisco and Sonoma.
