Suzanne DiBianca is the Executive Vice President of Corporate Relations and Chief Philanthropy Officer of Salesforce. In this role, she leads Salesforce’s stakeholder strategy—including corporate giving, community relations, sustainability efforts and workforce development which includes veterans, neurodiverse and non-traditional employment candidates, all with a focus on re-skilling for jobs of the future. DiBianca also works closely with Salesforce Ventures to invest in companies that are both building on the Salesforce Platform and generating a social and environmental impact alongside a financial return. She was previously the co-founder and president of the Salesforce Foundation and Salesforce.org.
Under DiBianca’s leadership, Salesforce pioneered the 1-1-1 model of integrated corporate philanthropy, which dedicates 1% of Salesforce’s equity, employee time or product back into the community.
DiBianca has been named one of Inside Philanthropy’s 50 Most Powerful Women in Philanthropy and is a member of the San Francisco Business Times’ Most Influential Women in Bay Area Business hall of fame. She is a graduate of the University of Colorado at Boulder.
