Shane Khan is Head of Research at JUST Capital. He is responsible for leading research and positioning JUST capital as a thought leader in stakeholder capitalism. He is responsible for the delivery and quality of data, the JUST rankings and other research products. Shane oversees JUST Capital’s polling, focus groups and modeling of sophisticated constructs necessary to understand the public’s overall assessment of corporate justness. He is responsible for scoring, benchmarking, tracking and analyzing company performance on key stakeholder issues and creating methodologically sound indices and ranking to summarize them.

Shane is an expert in metrics and measurement. He was a major contributor to surveys and has defined international metrics for the Sustainable Development Goals through his long career at the United Nations.
