Michael Marsh sees that climate issues are bound together, and the solution will involve the planet working together. As CEO of Western United Dairymen, Marsh aims to develop concepts for the general welfare and longevity of dairy producers, while maintaining the strong, positive public image of the dairy farmers. Having worked extensively in the areas of farm, ranch and estate taxation, Marsh brings a unique perspective and a disciplined approach to the activities of the association.

Prior to his current position, he worked as the Director of Finance for the Almond Board of California.
