Meg Caldwell

Senior Lecturer, Stanford Woods Institute for the Environment

Meg Caldwell feels that part of her job as scholar is to empower the voting public on issues of climate disruption. As a Senior Lecturer at the Stanford Woods Institute, Caldwell's current research and teaching focuses on marine law and policy and developing private and public incentives for natural resource conservation. Additionally, Caldwell serves as Executive Director for the Center for Ocean Solutions, whose core mission is to increase the impact of science on ocean policy.

Before joining the Stanford Law School faculty in 1994, Caldwell was an instructor at San Jose State University and U.C. Davis and counsel for MicroCLEAN, Inc.
