Kate Larsen is a Director at the Rhodium Group—an independent research firm—leading work on international energy and climate change. Kate specializes in analysis of the impact of policy and innovation on greenhouse gas emissions and develops strategies for decarbonizing the global economy. Prior to joining Rhodium, Kate worked at the White House Council on Environmental Quality where she was Deputy Director for Energy and Climate Change and helped develop President Obama’s Climate Action Plan. She has also worked at the US Department of State, the International Energy Agency, the World Resources Institute, and the Environmental Defense Fund.
