As an associate in the Palo Alto office of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, Julian Wong is a member of the energy and clean technology practice. He primarily advises emerging and growth-stage energy and clean technology companies in matters such as entity formation, corporate governance, private equity and debt financings, mergers and acquisitions, and public securities offerings. Julian brings with him extensive international experience, particularly in Asia from being a policy advisor for East Asian affairs at the U.S. Department of Energy to being a a senior policy analyst at the Center for American Progress.

Wang has earned his B.A. in Biology from Pomona College, his M.A. in Environmental & Energy Policy from Duke University, and his J.D. from Duke University School of Law.
