Jennifer Anderson is a Carbon Removal Geologist at Charm Industrial. At Charm, she is supporting the company’s understanding of how bio-oil behaves in the subsurface to assure permanence, defining suitable site selection criteria, screening for additional assets, and managing the subsurface aspects of Charm’s injection operations. 

Prior to joining Charm, Anderson worked as a petroleum geologist in the Oil and Gas industry, where she focused on various aspects of reservoir development, including reservoir modeling and simulation. She left in early 2021 for “climate something” after finally recognizing her growing conflict of her role in the industry. She’s thrilled to have found Charm as a pathway to leverage her skills to put oil back in the ground.
