Graham Nash believes that climate disruption is the most overwhelming problem we face today. As a founding member of Crosby, Stills, Nash and Young, Nash has long infused his music with a political message. In 1979 he cofounded Musicians United for Safe Energy, an activist group that advocates against the use of nuclear energy. MUSE's work culminated in a series of five concerts titled No Nukes, which remains one of the seminal benefits against nuclear energy.
Nash is a two-time Rock and Roll Hall of Fame inductee, once with Crosby, Stills, and Nash and once with the Hollies. He was appointed an Officer of the Order of the British Empire (OBE) by Queen Elizabeth. He is the author of Wild Tales: A Rock & Roll Life.
