Per Espen Stoknes wants to help us find ways to discuss climate disruption. As a Senior Lecturer at BI Norwegian School of Management, Stoknes' research areas include climate and environmental strategies, economic psychology, and energy systems. Educated as a psychologist at the University of Oslo, Stoknes has a also studied organizational theory, philosophy and mythology. Stoknes works now with scenario based strategy for organizations and teach a two-year ExA Coaching program at NIKUT – ExA Institute of Norway.

Stoknes has published numerous books including Money and Soul and What We Think About When We Try not to Think About Global Warming.
