As the Director of Environmental Affairs for the California Farm Bureau Federation, Cynthia Cory has worked on a wide variety of state and national agricultural issues over the past 21 years. Her current focus is air quality and climate change but she also works on biotechnology and invasive species prevention, eradication and control issues. Previously, she worked for several private and public organizations over a 10-year period on short and long-term agronomic research projects throughout Africa.
Cory has a M.S. in International Agricultural Development with an emphasis on Agronomy/Genetics and a B.S. in Agronomy.
