Auto enthusiast Charlie Vogelheim has spent 30 years building an expertise in the industry. The host of radio programs "The Flying Car Show" and "Motor Trend Audio", Vogelheim has studied industry transformations in technology, attitudinal shifts in start-ups and the influence of a changing environment on transportation. 

As the principal at Vogelheim Ventures, Vogelheim has been involved in a variety of initiatives including Motor Trend Audio, TPC Management, and DrivingSales. He served as vice president at J.D. Power and executive editor at Kelly's Blue Book, and was an original contributor to the development and implementation of automotive sites on Microsoft, AOL, Yahoo, Google and e-Bay. He served as the Chairman of the Automotive Internet Standards Committee for the development of all major automotive Internet Sites.

Though he appreciates classic cars he is deeply engaged in the future of mobility as Silicon Valley reinvents the wheel. He earned his seaplane rating in Sausalito, spent several years as an Alaskan bush pilot and is anxiously awaiting the flying car.
