Carl Shannon sees creating vibrant, dense communities as one of the most important things developers can do. As Senior Managing Director of Tishman Speyer, Shannon is responsible for Tishman Speyer’s portfolio in the San Francisco Bay Area and the Pacific Northwest. He has overseen the development of various signature developments such as Lumina and The Infinity, two waterfront condominium projects. He is also a member of the Investment and Management Committees.

Prior to Tishman Speyer, Shannon worked for both GE Capital and The Prudential Insurance Company of America. He received an AB, magna cum laude, and graduated with an MBA, with high honors, from Harvard University.
