Bob Holycross brings a career of management and engineering expertise to Ford Motor Company’s sustainable business planning, reporting, and key stakeholders engagement.
Holycross’s career at Ford began in 1993 as a Ford College Graduate (FCG). Since that time, he has held several different engineering and management positions related to compliance and reforming regulatory protocols in support of Ford's business plans. He has chaired several different government and industry committees, testified before federal and state government bodies on environmental and energy matters, and represented Ford in industry trade associations in both the U.S. and Europe.
Before serving as Global Sustainability Director, Holycross was Vice President, Sustainability, Environment & Safety Engineering at Ford of Europe, Middle East & Africa. In this role he was responsible for ensuring compliance with environmental and safety regulations, as well as the development and implementation of the company’s environment and safety strategy, policy and performance in these regions. A native of metro Detroit, Holycross earned his Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and Masters Degree in Business Administration Michigan State University. He and his wife have two children.
