Anuna De Wever is a climate and human rights activist, and co-founder of Youth for Climate Belgium, which sparked a global movement of student-led climate strikes in 2019. She has worked extensively on EU climate and trade policy, for Climate Action Network (CAN) Europe and the Greens/EFA group.
She is the co-author of the book 'Wij zijn het klimaat' (We Are The Climate) and ‘quel monde pour demain’, and currently active in grassroots movement and campaigns focusing on decolonization, migration and degrowth.
