Anita Seth is the President of UNITE HERE, Local 8, which represents hospitality and food service workers in the Pacific Northwest. She has been an organizer with the Union for 25 years.
Previously, she worked on issues around nuclear disarmament and environmental justice with a number of grassroots organizations across the United States and Russia.
