Tamin Pechet understands that the cheapest source of a new water supply is efficiency. With a background in the finance industry and an interest in water conservation, Pechet founded Banyan Water and continues to be a very active Board Director. Banyan Water focuses on the profitable side of water management. He is also Chairman of Imagine H2O, a global organization spurring entrepreneurship in the water industry through innovation prizes and a water business incubator.

Pechet is co-author of the book Water Tech: A Guide to Investment, Innovation, and Business Opportunities in the Water Sector. He holds an AB with honors from Harvard University, and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
