Daniel Simons believes that affordable housing should be designed to look incredible. As a Principal at David Baker Architects, Simons has focused on the field of multi-family housing, including both affordable and market-rate projects, and uses his extensive knowledge of green building practices and progressive city planning to minimize the buildings’ environmental impact while improving the quality of life for residents. He has 20 years of experience in architectural design, construction document preparation, and construction administration.

Simons holds a masters of architecture from the University of Washington. Daniel has worked with David Baker Architects since 2000, becoming a Principal of the firm in 2012.
